Work with the Domain team to install Doma in your workspace, with the admin permissions your organization requires. Then invite it to the specific channels where you want it to participate.
Which conversations can Doma access?
Doma works in the conversations you invite it into. Its recall is scoped to the people in the conversation. Installing it in Slack doesn't make every channel's context available to everyone.
Can people DM Doma privately?
Yes. Use a DM to think, draft, or work through context from group conversations you're authorized to access. Your private DM and smaller-group conversations don't become context for a broader group.
How do we add Doma to meetings?
Before the meeting starts, add doma@ondomain.ai as a guest on a calendar invite with a Zoom or Google Meet link. Doma takes notes so your team can recap the discussion and work through what's next.
Does installing Doma give everyone a Domain account?
Workspace membership isn't account authentication. Each person can authenticate and link their own account to use authorized context across supported connected channels.
